TipWorth Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of TipWorth. By downloading, accessing, or using TipWorth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
TipWorth is designed to help users track tips, wages, shifts, and related income records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app and for how you use that information.
2. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice
TipWorth is provided for personal recordkeeping and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, employment, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
3. User Data and Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy, backup, and security of your own records. TipWorth is not responsible for any loss of data, income records, or other information resulting from device issues, deletion, misuse, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
TipWorth may offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
If a subscription is offered, it may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse TipWorth, interfere with the operation of the app, attempt to reverse engineer the app, use the app for unlawful purposes, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
TipWorth, including its design, features, text, graphics, and other content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TipWorth is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, income, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of TipWorth.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of TipWorth after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
